Keynote: 🛡️Visions of Digital Policing
We welcome Hjørdis Birgitte Ellefsen and Heidi Mork Lomell as Keynote Speakers at DFRWS EU 2026.
Ms Ellefsen is Professor of Police Science at the Norwegian Police University College. Ms Lomell is Professor of Criminology at the University of Oslo. Together they’ll discuss what is new, and what is old, in contemporary visions of what technology and digitalization can do for the police.
